  Very short wait upon arrival. I pulled in to the pay and the gentlemen working there introduced themselves as Kmari, Zack, and Robert and were all very friendly and talkative for the chunk of time I was waiting for my oil change and fuel system clean out. They took good care of my old Caddy and solved the fuel system sluggishness I had been having. After the detergents cleared my system, I've been cruising smooth like butter vs the shuddering gear change I'd been having

  I am very satisfied with the service I came and got my truck oil changed on 2/6/26. The overall experience was awesome. I highly recommend them a 10 out of 10 probably more very satisfied. excellency customer service polite, friendly yes I would recommend them to my friends and family. Must go see check them out.👍🏽🥰

  I’m always super wary of the quick oil change places because I’ve certainly had negative experiences at other places, but this place was a pleasant surprise! Mason was the main guy I spoke with & he was very personable and easy to work with! Deontay did the bottomside work on my car & he was very quick and professional. 10/10 recommend! 💙

  What a pleasant surprise! The Valvoline store closest to my home in Arrowhead subdivision in Montgomery, Alabama, was recently completed and open for business. Because it was only a mile from my home, I decided to give it a try. I pulled into the parking lot and lined up behind two other vehicles. One of the techs came up to my car and showed me that I could pull over into the next lane as the customer being serviced was nearly finished. I pulled right up and the tech in that bay signaled me to come forward for service. The intake technician, a young African American woman with a big smile, greeted me and began taking down all of my information. She then showed me my air filter and asked if I wanted it exchanged. I agreed. She then accessed my cabin air filter, which I didn't even know that I had, and showed it to me. Yikes! It was really dirty. I immediately asked her to throw it away and replace it with a new one. She then asked me about my windshield wipers and I asked her if she thought that they needed replacing. She didn't say yes or no. She simply told me what the recommended time period for changing them out was and then asked sweetly if I wanted to think about it. I said no, I would rather have them changed since they had been on the car for over 18 months and that I would rather not have the rubber separate in the middle of a rain storm. I chose full synthetic because my Ford Escape had 145,000 miles with no mechanical issues up to this point with the exception of a fan motor that I replaced last year. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience and I will keep this location as my permanent oil change store.
