They began the service and then told me, after they drained the old oil, that they did not have my car's oil. They told me a guy would have to go down to the other store and get it. The wait for that was exceptionally long. Also, I was quoted $20 for my air filter to be changed, and it was almost $30. In total, for my inconvenience, I received a $80 oil change and then an overpriced air filter. The manager told me, before I left, that I would receive a coupon for my next service due to the wait on the oil. I never received that coupon nor even saw the manager before I was told everything was done and good to go. Don't waste your money.
