First if all he came to my car and gave me a price of my windshield about 3 weeks ago. They set my appointment and let me know (the day of), that my windshield came in broken. So then, they had to reschedule me for the following week.. I then get to the reschedule appointment and this same man tried to jack me up for another 500.00 saying that my window had to be recalibrated. I didn't mind paying the extra 500.00 but he had a attitude as though I couldn't pay it. He even said that I owe them some money..... lol! I know it's the holidays but bro, I dont owe you anything. I told him to give me the price that I need to pay for my windshield and he got mad and ask if I wanted to go elsewhere. I told him if he didn't want to take my money then yes... I would have never thought that safelite would even put up with this kind of shenanigans.... I would think that they had the kind of courtesy to treat their customers with dignity and respect. By all means, there is nothing like it:) My advice: Plz go elsewhere, it will be well worth your time!
