The service was originally set for Saturday, then rescheduled by satellite for Monday, and again for Wednesday. When the service started, it was discovered that the glass had been scratched. My tech Corey was fantastic at handling the situation. He was very professional and personable. He also did an excellent job with my windshield and explained aftercare in a way that was easy to understand and follow.

It took them over three weeks to get me an appointment. once I got the appointment, they fix my window with some very cheap glass. It was broken again 13 days later I went back to ask them. What can I do about it? They told me absolutely nothing. I paid $1300 to get my window fixed for only 13 days. The guy that looked at my window the second time after they broke again, was very rude very nasty and I felt disrespected. Please do not waste your money at this company.

Today I arrived for my appointment and was told by the girl at the front counter that she canceled my appointment because I didn't answer her courtesy call the day before. I actually tried to call her back but got no answer. I didn't receive a text or anything to confirm my appointment. Just her calls. I was presenting at a conference yesterday and was not available to answer my phone. I am livid that they canceled my appointment for no other reason than a missed courtesy call. I was simply told to reschedule for another day. I think I'd rather take my business elsewhere. Very disappointed! And angry.
