  Predatory rental agreement. I rented for a consecutive 34 days. the agent led me to believe that the total price was $1800 ish for the rental and explained that it would be two agreements since he could only rent for 30 days at a time. The first agreement was for the $1800, and then I get a second agreement for 4 days of rental for another $1000 and was never told. I was way overcharged and taken advantage. --Update-- I contacted National customer service and they admitted to overcharging, and adjusted the agreement and issued me a refund citing a technological issue.

  While i appreciate this is a regional airport and I knew it did not have an Emerald Isle, I did expect my reserved rental car to be ready, particularly when my flight was delayed for 2 hours and I had to wait in line at the desk for 30 minutes while they told each customer their car wasn’t ready. The lines at all the other rental car companies were empty, so maybe rent with one of them next time or use a different airport. I certainly wouldn’t recommend National if you value your time.

  I was very impressed with Carson and John’s professionalism! Always appreciate the both the selections and cleanliness of the vehicles from that location!! Not only will I rent from this location again, but ONLY this location when I come to Montgomery!

  Excellent customer service. Good experience. National needs more staff because there are 5 customers on pickup waiting line and 1 enterprise rep.
