  All Mavis employees are welcoming, inquiring how they can assist you and completing tasks efficiently with a smile. The atmosphere here is relaxed, and they offer WiFi, so I can unwind and recharge my phone.

  Instantly upon walking in I was greeted by Jared while he was handling one customer at the counter and one ahead me. I stated what brought me in today was tires. He listen attentively cause every question I had he was able to answered with details to explain why this tire would be good better or the best with the traveling that I do. Upon the test drive of the work that had been done. It begin to rain so he used the wiper when he return in he said your wiper will soon need to be replaced. We have some here that can be installed free while you wait. I can truly say MAVIS TIRE has an employee JARED that cares about the customers that comes in this establishment and thats how you build life long customer with AWESOME customer service.

  I had a great experience at Mavis Tires & Brakes on Atlanta Hwy in Montgomery. Jared was outstanding to work with. He was very friendly, patient, and truly customer-focused from the moment I walked in. He took the time to actually listen to my concerns, didn’t rush me, and clearly explained what was going on with my vehicle and what my options were. I especially appreciated how he made sure I understood everything before any work was done. No pressure, just honest communication and great service. It’s refreshing to deal with someone who genuinely cares about the customer experience. I highly recommend asking for Jared if you visit this location. Excellent service!

  Great service from mavis tire.. I came in with my 2020 mustang GT and they got right to work with my tires and my wheel alignment. Most tire shops won’t install customer bought tires even when they are brand new.. They took care of me.. Tim and Jared are the best.. Up front pricing.

  I cannot say enough good things about Tim and the incredible help he provided. My fuel sending unit failed and from the moment I arrived the next day to begin assessing the repairs to my vehicle, I was treated with honesty, respect, and genuine care—something that’s far too rare these days. Tim took the time to clearly explain everything that was going on, answered all my questions with patience, and never once made me feel rushed or pressured. The level of professionalism he provided and skill was outstanding. The work was done by Mavis and done efficiently, thoroughly, and with obvious pride in doing things the right way. It was clear that helping the customer—not just finishing the job—was the top priority. If you’re looking for a mechanic ship who is trustworthy, knowledgeable, and truly goes above and beyond, look no further. This was hands-down one of the best service experiences I’ve ever had, and I’ll be recommending Tim to everyone I know. Tim is your guy to set you in the right direction.
