He cares and He's an asset to this company and always should be Praised !! My experience this years Volvo was a smell in the air conditioner system as i drove from Mobile to Montgomery without stopping. I dropped in, he remembered my face and I asked him if he could smell the chemical smell that was coming out of the air vents. He said he smells something. Asked if I could come in. I told him my day that could work for my schedule and He accommodated. I mean what a Guy!! Thank you for doing what it takes to keep Tom and his staff and mechanics and office at Jack Ingram Volvo.
