Would give a 0 star if could. I have been fighting Goo Goo to cancel a “month” subscription that I never signed up for. For 4 months now I have been charged for 15 washes. I have called and “canceled” it 10 times now. But every month I’m charged over $1000. When I call Jennifer makes a ticket for someone to call me, I will be taking legal action against this company.
I live out of state and my company was in town and to gift out clients I purchased them all a car wash. That have turned in a 4 months and now I have to cancel my company credit card

I went to get a car wash at Goo Goo car wash six months ago. I was approached by the car wash handler at the pay machine where you choose type of car wash services you would like to choose. I went there to get the basic car wash done. However, when he approached he asked me if I needed a car wash done for someone else in the family. I said, “Yes”, because my boyfriend was due on car wash and was looking forward to one. I was offered a $27 one time car wash service that would allow for two washes anytime that month, as long as my boyfriend makes it to the car wash place before the end of the month. I asked the representative if I would get charged again. He said, “No, it’s one time charge and that’s it.” So, I took up on the offer thinking it might be promotional offer. However, I was leaving out of the country for extended period of time. My boyfriend was the in charge of finances while I was gone including the debit card I used to pay for the car wash six or seven months ago. Turns out the guy had enrolled me on a monthly car wash subscription that I never agreed to. I was getting charged $27 each month without my authorization. When I came back, I came to find out about it and sent a cancellation request and they continued to charge me anyway even after the cancellation request. Now I am having to keep my card locked so I do not get charged again automatically. My boyfriend was not in the know either, about this charge and he let it get charged while I was away. I feel like the person should’ve made it clear that I was signing up for car wash subscription and will be getting charged every month $27. This is stealing out in the open without customer’s consent. I will never use their services knowing that they do shady business by keeping people in the blind. They just lost a customer who probably would’ve gotten a car wash services because me and my boyfriend just bought two brand new luxury vehicles that we would like to keep clean and shiny and upto date after returning from my trip. If the representative had been honest the first time around, I would’ve gone back to get the car wash services again. I have lots of friends and family that drive great cars needing various detailing and car washes all the time and would’ve recommended them as well. They lost my recommendation privilege too just because they wanted to charge my card without my consent.
Sincerely,
Unhappy customer who got charged $27 for not using any of their services for six/seven months
