  It’s apparent that I spoke entirely too soon. Since I’ve had my vehicle back, it shakes due to them putting the busted rim (see pics) on the back right side, instead of replacing it( like I was told they would). My undercover engine splash shield/ lower engine cover was dragging all the way back to Columbus, Inside where the drive shaft is loose( see pics) and now, my truck is dead as nobody thought to check my starter, as you can see my front end took a lot of damage. And to top it off, I have to take my truck back to them because they ordered the engine splash shield as apart of my insurance claim (USAA) after I picked it up. They made damn near $7,000 and for what?!? As much as my insurance and I paid, nothing should be wrong with my truck. I’m also changing my review on yelp and with USAA

  USAA referred me to Gerber Collision & Glass. The service was outstanding from delivery to pick up. I went in one day for the inspection and to ask when I could drop it off. Scheduling was easy and next day I dropped it off after work. I received daily notification of my vehicle's status and checkout was smooth. They even picked me up on Labor Day Monday and took me the 15 min to the shop. I was very thankful for their understanding that I needed the car early in the AM to get to work (US Air Force) and very appreciative they opened the shop just for me on a holiday. Hopefully, I don't get in any more accidents, but if I do, I will always go to Gerber. 100% recommended and they technicians are artists. My car looks better than new! Highly recommended PROFESSIONAL and courteous staff from the technicians to the office support staff.

  Our insurance sent us here for an estimate after an accident where our SUV was rear ended. They rescheduled us twice and after finally getting in they didn't adequately evaluate the damage. No putting the vehicle on a lift or looking underneath, no checking rear door which we found out later had sustained cracks to the lighting compartment. So we had to take it back and have it added to our estimate further delaying our insurance claim. Then they kept the estimate locked for 10 more days until our insurance contacted us they were still waiting on the estimate from this company. I'm not sure about the repair work they do but considering my experience with them on this estimate I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
