Since I’ve had my vehicle back, it shakes due to them putting the busted rim (see pics) on the back right side, instead of replacing it( like I was told they would). My undercover engine splash shield/ lower engine cover was dragging all the way back to Columbus, Inside where the drive shaft is loose( see pics) and now, my truck is dead as nobody thought to check my starter, as you can see my front end took a lot of damage. And to top it off, I have to take my truck back to them because they ordered the engine splash shield as apart of my insurance claim (USAA) after I picked it up. They made damn near $7,000 and for what?!? As much as my insurance and I paid, nothing should be wrong with my truck. I’m also changing my review on yelp and with USAA
