I had a vehicle towed by State Farm 2 hours away from our home and we had no clue what to expect from Gerber. Not only was the staff responsive but extremely professional, our vehicle was really close to being totaled. They went out of their way to make our vehicle just as it was when it went in. Hopefully, we will never need collision repair again but I wouldn’t hesitate giving them my business again. Absolutely the most pleasant experience.
