Less than a month later, the car started pulling to the right again. When I went back to explain the problem, I was told it was normal and that nothing could be done. Another auto shop has already confirmed that the alignment was not done correctly and that I will need it redone. I paid for a job that was not completed properly and was dismissed when I raised the issue. I will not be returning to this place again.
