The next morning I called this location to make sure the reservation went through and spoke with Canessa. She was super friendly and found my reservation quickly. When I arrived they explained that there was going to be a short delay (the tires were being replaced). They offered me water and juice while I waited. They even invited me to use one of the empty offices when they saw me pull out my laptop to get some work done while I waited. Greg Riley the branch manager was equally friendly and courteous. When the van was ready they also provided me with an inconvenience discount for my wait. I used to use U-Haul, but due to a bad experience the last time I decided to try out Enterprise. After my experience with the folks at this branch I can safely say that Enterprise now has my business.
