  No follow through by the Chris M. Person. I foresee nothing but an act in the initial response to save face. Be careful here or any enterprise rental. The attendant stated that any damage the size of a golf ball or smaller is considered normal wear and tear. Upon returning the vehicle, a damage was found. That was easily missed by both of us. Smaller than a golf ball at that. I am not being forced to pay for damages that are not conclusive in evidence that it happened during my rental period. You can also pay what is effectively double the cost for their protection coverage. They use photos to capture damage found that they will use to blame and charge you. However, much like the IRS they do not hold the same rules for themselves. If at all possible, I will never use this horrible unprofessional company again. When you do your walk around. Take pictures and check in all nooks and crannies. So serious. Don’t just do a lazy walk around and sign. Be extremely thorough. This is costing me $1200. Good luck to you all. Update… if any of you have seen where the Chris M. Person was reaching out to me. It is fake. It’s just for PR. He hasn’t answered or reached back out to me. This place is a no go.
