  For some reason this location is always HECTIC! They're never consistent with renting a car. So this time I tried to be proactive by calling them to see if they had my reservation because there has been times that I've caught an Uber for nothing. They stated that they didn't have a compact car, but he assured me that I'd be taking care of just make sure I arrive at 5:30pm. Well that was a lie! Upon arrival at 5:35pm the gentleman that was assisting me stated that I needed a bill attached to a PDF. As I'm trying to ask him questions, the manager walks up to him and tells him that the last customer damaged the car. He left me standing at the counter as I struggled to figure out why I couldn't get taken care of. I just got off work from a 12hr shift. The only person that apologized to me was the same kind gentleman that helped me the last time I rented a vehicle. (The guy with curly hair) He noticed me looking disappointed. I have to give up on this location. They're very unorganized, and inconsistent with customer service. I had to catch another uber back home. What a waste of time, and plans.

  I got a rental vehicle on Tuesday and was told I would my rental contract information via email. I didn't receive it so I went online and chatted with support and was told they would re-send it. 2 days later I still didn't get it so I called and had to ask the spelling of my name and that is what the problem was. Hopefully this time I will get it. The staff was ok, but the service was just slow.

  Alicia frierson was hostile refused to help me got aggressive threw her business card at me. The tall African American man claiming to be the supervisor refused me service I never threatened not raised my voice. He mocked my job. And mocked me saying he will not do shit for me and I could stare at him for the remainder of the 55 min they are open but they won't do anything

  Rented a Wrangler from this location for the weekend. The staff was quick, efficient & professional. Kearsten provided excellent customer service & the return process was just as smooth. I look forward to making this my primary location to rent from.

  I’ve been using this location frequently because it’s the shop designated by our company’s auto insurance. But after what happened today, I feel compelled to speak up — serious improvement is urgently needed. Both by phone and email, the representative clearly confirmed that a vehicle was secured for us. Based on that assurance, my coworker and other manager drove an hour to get there. When we arrived, we were told there was no car available at all. Instead, they said a vehicle might be released only if we paid extra _ as if upselling was the goal from the start. This isn’t the first time, either. There have already been two incidents just like this — misleading information, wasted time, and zero accountability. It makes me question whether their performance is based on pushing extra charges rather than honoring confirmed reservations. At this point, I have no intention of using this location again. The lack of integrity, poor communication, and absence of professionalism are beyond acceptable. Proper staff training and a serious review of their practices are urgently needed.
