  I have my own parts catalog so when I get parts I already have the number. I deeply deeply resent the arrogance and difficulty presented by a parts person who tells me he won't give me a part number so that I can figure out whether I'm already looking at the right one or not. Don't ever treat me like I'm intruding when I am asking for basic information that I can already get without your help. Don't act like you've got prized information when I've already got the same parts catalog you do -- and for that matter don't act like you're too good to help people. I found this dealer's practice on the telephone so distasteful that I will not give this location my business.

  Best dealership in America. Forget Nextran and Vanguard who are only after quick huge profit and taking advantage from your brakedown missfortune. Capital Volvo is on a mission to do opposite : good work, do it fast, get you back on the road as fast as they can. Honesty, diligence, professionalism, courteousness, fair price, no bs... I could go on and on. 50 stars... Best people.

  I give the parts department an A+ because of a parts salesman named J.C. I am a Truck owner/driver and not a mechanic. So when I talk to J.C. and don't know exactly what I'm looking for, he will take what info I was able to give him and get me exactly what I need. It's not easy going into a parts counter not knowing exactly what you need, but J.C. makes it a piece of cake. Thanks. Arthur Lee (Swamp Rat).
