After returning from the other store because they stated they could not install the battery, Mr. Curtis cheerfully assisted me. He was actually on his way home with his jacket in his hand when I re-entered. He sold me the battery and installed it with a smile. Mr. Curtis, thank you for your professionalism and kindness. I will not hesitate to return.
