He offered to check my battery without me asking. He quickly confirmed I needed a battery. The battery needed was in stock too, and Ashton offered to install it. He struggled with it as sometimes bolts don’t cooperate with wrenches. Even though installation was difficult, Ashton remained polite and professional. Ashton was a polite young man and made me feel like he was my friend. Well done AutoZone and Ashton Stanford!

I limped it up to this Auto Zone for troubleshooting and Roberto C. was so extremely helpful. He diagnosed that it was in fact my battery and then assisted me right then and there with installing the new battery. He saved me time and money! Thank you again, Roberto!
