  I went in because my my Buick enclave was making a loud noise. They put it up on the rack and diagnosed my problem in a half a second. Showed me what was wrong, fixed it and didn't charge me the full diagnostic fee because it didn't take long to diagnose or fix. They gave me a full diagnostic report. Everyone there was very friendly. They are very knowledgeable and honest and I will definitely be back again. It's probably the most thorough diagnostic report that I've ever gotten from anywhere. They explain everything well and I'm very very happy with the service. My mom sent me there. Her words" they are great". Highly recommend these guys!

  Took my mom car in the same morning I called. They completed a diagnostic and called with a resolution. A part was order, same day! I was able to pick up my mom’s car that afternoon, prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend them and will definitely be back. -Replaced the AC compressor. Customer Service: 10/10.

  I went to Tuffy Tire & Auto to get a diagnosis check on my car bcuz it was driving funny after I had some brakes nd rotors put on by someone else. Tuffy did their inspection nd found the problem. The other place had put a pin on backwards on one of my brake pads 😞. Thanks to the guys at Tuffy for doing a AWESOME JOB on finding the problem. Their prices are also affordable.☺️

  Genuinely one of the best shop experiences I've had, Bobby the shop manager is awesome and a very caring guy, and the whole team puts a lot of pride in the work they do. Trust me when i say you can confidently bring your ride here, I dont usually like to go to mechanics as I work on my own stuff but I felt very reassured leaving my Ramcharger at tuffys and will gladly be returning when a problem i can't get my hands on comes up again. Thank you guys, if your car has an issue come here!
