    Outstanding Car Salesman! I had the pleasure of working with Jonathan C., and I can't say enough good things about him. He showed incredible patience, never rushing the process, and always made sure we were comfortable with our decisions. What really stood out was his ability to connect with us on a personal level. He’s a true people person—kind, approachable, and attentive to every detail. He encouraged us to talk about what we liked and didn’t like, which helped us feel confident in our decision without any pressure. If you're looking for a salesman who truly cares about your needs and doesn’t rush you into a decision, I highly recommend Jonathan C. It was a great experience all around, and we left feeling like we made the right choice, thanks to his thoughtful guidance.

    **Toyota West Mobile BLOCKED me & Clint Duncan Mallory Duncan Michael Sikes and Maddie Daigle on Facebook because of this post( just shows how unprofessional they are) and for giving them a bad review on their FB page…but we appreciate all your shares because what they have done to our daughter and others is not right and is not how a company should do business!!! *My daughter & son-in-law purchased a vehicle from Toyota West Mobile in Nov. 2025, it was a used 2023 Nissan. They were newly weds and this was their first big purchase as a family. Two weeks after they purchased the vehicle, the service light came on and the vehicle began having issues. It ended up at Toyota in the shop. Toyota had it for about a day and told them the issue was fixed. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case because two weeks later the service light came back on and the problems got worse. The vehicle went back to Toyota and Toyota had it pretty much for the whole month of December. Toyota never called to keep my daughter and her husband informed. They had to keep calling Toyota weekly trying to get information about the status of their recently purchased vehicle and left message after message to which no one ever called them back. They were finally able to get in touch with someone other than the receptionist at Toyota and was told their vehicle was taken to Nissan because Toyota couldn’t fix it. My daughter & her husband finally got their vehicle back at the end of December and they were told the vehicle was once again fixed. They asked Toyota what was wrong with it and wanted to see the paperwork on what all was done to the vehicle, Toyota gave my daughter and son-in-law the runaround and told them that they didn’t have any paperwork about the vehicle, but they told them the issue was fixed and so they drove off thinking that the issue was resolved! However, that absolutely was not the case, because 4 weeks later the service light was back on and it started having issues again but this time they were not able to take it back up to Toyota because the vehicle broke down on the side of the road and it had to be towed. They decided to take it directly to Nissan this time! Tameron Nissan has been amazing and has kept my daughter and her husband updated and informed on what was happening and what was wrong with it. Unfortunately, their vehicle that they purchased at Toyota with only 74,000 miles on it needed a whole new engine. The cost was going to be over $9,000. My daughter called up to Toyota again wanting paperwork on their vehicle and to this day Toyota has not given them that paperwork!! However, Tameron Nissan has been absolutely amazing and has helped in every way possible even financially! Tameron Nissan’s service department and team has been amazing so I would absolutely recommend them for all your vehicle purchases and needs but I highly DO NOT recommend Toyota West Mobile at all!!!

    I recently visited this dealership regarding a 2024 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid (VIN: JTME6RFVXRD563980) and left extremely disappointed with the lack of pricing transparency. After test driving the vehicle, I observed a price of $37K written on a document. When I asked about it, the salesperson told me that number was for something else and not the actual price of the vehicle. Shortly after, I was quoted a price of $39K for the same vehicle, with no clear explanation for the difference. Because the situation did not feel right, I later looked up the vehicle myself on Cars.com and was able to confirm the listed price independently. This raised even more concern about how the pricing was being presented during my visit. Being shown one number, told it means something else, and then quoted a higher price without transparency is not acceptable. Customers should not have to verify basic pricing information on their own or question whether they are being given accurate details. Purchasing a vehicle is a significant financial decision, and trust and transparency should be standard. Unfortunately, this experience did not reflect either. Because of this, I chose not to move forward and will be taking my business elsewhere. I hope this dealership takes steps to ensure clear, consistent, and honest communication with future customers.

    One star is too high for this place, customer service is pathetic and workers have surprising apathy towards customer concerns. Not first time car buyer friendly at all, would go somewhere else. Purchased a car and need a complete engine after 2.5-3 months and multiple engine failures and told us it was all on us. Car was leaking coolant into the engine when we bought it but did not realize until it was too late. We called West Mobile Toyota and they did not even try to work with us or take accountability. I know that some bad luck is involved, but the lack of accountability was shocking. Thought this place would care more about the people they served. I honestly expected better and figured West Mobile Toyota would care about the community but the new ownership does not. Do not fall for the trap like we did, first time car buyers go somewhere else. Also trying to talk to someone on the phone who knows what they’re talking about here is impossible. Stay far away

    I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. My husband and I purchased a 2023 Nissan Rogue, and just two weeks later, the check engine light came on. When we called the dealership, we were told it was probably due to a loose gas cap — despite the vehicle having a capless fuel system — and were advised to bring it in. When I initially brought the vehicle in, I was turned away and told that an appointment was required. We were able to bring it back the following Monday, and while the dealership did provide a loaner vehicle, it only had 23 miles remaining until empty. When we raised this concern, we were told our car would be ready the next day. Instead, we did not receive our vehicle back for nearly a month. During that time, our calls to check on the status of the car frequently went unanswered, and when we finally got the vehicle back, no paperwork or service documentation was provided. A month later, the car broke down again. This was when we learned there was an active recall on the vehicle. I then had the recall service completed at a Nissan dealership. Unfortunately, just two weeks after that, the vehicle completely died and now requires a full engine replacement. For weeks, we consistently called the dealership seeking answers and assistance. Our calls were repeatedly transferred to someone who never returned them. I even opened a case with corporate and was told the Customer Service Manager would contact me, but that never happened. My husband went to the dealership in person today simply to speak with someone directly. As first-time car buyers, we worked hard and saved our money for what we believed would be a reliable vehicle. Instead, all we have is the shell of a car and months of frustration. The lack of customer service, communication, and accountability from this dealership has been incredibly disappointing. Rather than offering any meaningful support, my husband was essentially told that the situation was unfortunate and that we would just have to deal with it. If you are looking for a dealership with poor communication, little concern for its customers, and the possibility of being without a vehicle for months, then this may be the place for you.
