  Finding a reliable spot for maintenance can be a headache, but this location has officially become my go-to. The standout feature here is easily the staff. From the moment I pulled up, everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. It’s rare to find a team that seems to actually enjoy what they do, and it makes a huge difference in the overall atmosphere. The absolute best part of the visit was the lack of pressure. We’ve all been to those shops where they try to upsell you on every filter, fluid, and belt the second you walk in the door. Here, they performed the oil change, did a thorough check, and gave me a straightforward report. They didn’t try to scare me into "extra" services or push products I didn't need. It was a refreshing, low-pressure environment that made me trust their expertise even more. The one negative thing to keep in mind is that their prices are slightly higher than the local average. If you value great customer service and want to avoid the typical "hard sell" of most mechanics, this place is for you. Highly recommended!

  Joseph and crew did a great diagnostic inspection of my 2018 F-150, made their recommendations, and did a great job addressing the issues. Will definitely return to provide my business. Really outstanding service.

  I’ve had 3 different technicians at this location and each one of them have been great with a positive attitude. The fact that they do thorough inspections on top of the oil change is a plus.

  Every time I come in for an oil change, the staff is friendly and the service is quick! I never feel pressured to add an additional services and they are always very thorough. Highly recommend.

  I went to Strickland Brothers 10 Min Oil Change, 8683 Cottage Hill, Mobile AL for an oil change. I was greeted by Shawn who presented me with a bottled water. He directed me into the garage where he conducted a light check of my head lights, blinkers and, tail lights. He tested my windshield wipers, and checked my air filter. He explained the type of oil I needed. Caleb also was very attentive and helpful and took an active part in the oil change. I never felt pressured to buy anything else besides the oil change. The technician Joseph, changed my oil in a timely manner. I paid my bill and went on my way as a happy customer. Both Shawn and Caleb were very attentive, answered all my questions and were very professional. I highly recommend this location of Strickland Brothers for an oil change.
