- EMErin MichaelApr 1, 20265.0I am from Knoxville Tennessee, I was in town delivering a wide load, and I am a pilot driver for widen oversized loads, about a month ago I had a bunch of stuff in my car replaced like the O2 sensors and the Cadillac converters spark plugs and the coils and whatnot, for some reason ever since I got my car back from that shop my check engine light has been on no matter how many times I've cleared it out I had no idea what exactly was wrong that was keeping it on considering I had everything replaced, but I stopped in the jiffy lube there to get an oil change, and ended up being upsold to get my error filter replaced as well to which I am very glad that I did, it was a great job done by their employee named Allen, from beginning until end he listened to me and what my problems were and even though I had no idea that he could help me point why my check engine light wasn't going off let alone help me to figure out what the problem was in general, but he also gave me an amazing discount, and was extremely knowledgeable about everything that they were doing on my car And as if that wasn't an amazing job by itself, Allen went above and beyond can you topped up all of the fluids in my car that needed it, and also informed me that when the last shop had replaced my Cadillac converter and my O2 sensors that they apparently never connected the O2 sensor to the Cadillac converter which is why my check engine light was remaining on and why my car wasn't driving any better than it did before I had those things replaced, so very grateful for all of his help he most definitely deserves a raise because he is most out without hesitation the best employee that y'all have over there at that location! Grateful I decided to go get an oil change last minute and even have your had the location and business that I chose to go through and if I'm ever in area again I was definitely be returning! Thank you Allen!!!
