Heading: UNACCEPTABLE: 17 Years of Loyalty Met with Property Damage & Harassment
"I have been a loyal customer of this location since 2009, bringing my previous Sonatas here back when it was Palmer’s Hyundai. But after purchasing my brand-new 2026 Sonata Hybrid elsewhere—simply because this team refused to help me find a Hybrid—I have been treated with nothing but disrespect and negligence.
Property Damage: My brand-new Aero Silver finish is now covered in swirl marks and 'spiderweb' scratches on the trunk, mirrors, and sunroof due to a negligent car wash. I have video proof of its perfect condition immediately prior to this visit.
Harassment & Bias: The staff has been unprofessional and targeted me with inappropriate comments while I waited in the service area. I was even approached aggressively by an employee questioning why I was there. It is clear that because I didn't buy this specific car from them, my safety and my property no longer matter.
Corporate Negligence: Hyundai USA tried to dismiss my claim over a 'service ticket,' ignoring 17 years of loyalty and the fact that I was harassed on their lot.
TO THE MANAGER: I am the owner of the Aero Silver 2026 Sonata Hybrid. Since you claim to have no 'ticket,' I expect you to reply here with the General Manager’s direct contact info so we can resolve the damage to my car and the conduct of your staff. You have my number on file from my history with this location."

I would give this establishment ZERO stars if I could. My partner was sold a vehicle in 'perfect condition' only to get home to find multiple areas of damage on the car. They refused to take the car back and offered nothing to help the situation. Come here if you want to be taken advantage of and scammed out of your money.

JULIE POWELL SALES AGENT IS HORRIBLE. MY APPOINTMENT WAS AT 430 I GOT THERE AT 415. SHE WALKED ME INSIDE LEFT ME AT THE TABLE FOR 30 MINUTES. I WALK OUTSIDE TO GET IN THE CAR TO PUT MY PHONE ON CHARGE SHE IS OUT THERE SMOKING A VAPE SITTING ON THE GOLF CART. WHEN I STOPPED TO LOOK AT HER BEFORE GETTING IN SHE SAID OH IM WAITING ON HECTOR. SO IM LIKE IS HE HERE SHE LIKE YEAH KEPT HITTING THAT DANG VAPE WENT INSIDE AND I NEVER SAW HER AGAIN. MIND YOU I HAVE BEEN SPEAKING WITH HER OVER 2 WEEKS I WAS TOLD I WAS APPROVED AND TO COME IN WITH THE DOWN-PAYMENT. EVERYONE THERE EXCEPT FOR A VERY RESPECTFUL OLDER GENTLEMAN AND A YOUNGER GUY TRIED TO FIGURE OUT WHAT WAS GOING ON AND THE "HECTOR" GUY WAS GIVING MINIMUM INFORMATION. HE WAS VERY NONCHALANT WHEN I WAS ASKING HIM QUESTIONS THEN PAGED OVER THE PA SYSTEMS FOR JULIE WHICH HE HAD A ATTITUDE DOING THE ENTIRE TIME. HE HEPT GIVING ME 1 WORD ANSWERS THEN FINALLY AFTER HOURS OF WAITING TOLD ME OH YOU ARE NOT APPROVED! LIKE WHAT WELL WHY AM I HERE?? THEY KEPT GETTING IN HUDDLES TALKING, SMIRKING BUT NOT TELLING ME ANYTHING.WHERE IS JULIE? WHY DID SHE JUST LEAVE ME SITTING THERE?? THIS CAR BUYING PROCESS HAD BEEN HORRIBLE 0/10 I WOULD NEVER DEAL WITH JULIE OR THIS DEALERSHIP AGAIN.

High pressure to buy. They hold your keys. Didn’t even go over what the car had. Sent in several people. I said no several times They held my keys. Every time I asked about my keys I was ignored. I own my part in this. I’m old, I was tired, I’m not accustomed to the kind of intimidation I experienced so I signed. That is on me. I regretted my caving the moment I left the parking lot. I now understand how people make false confessions to crimes they never committed. Find another dealership. You don’t deserve to be treated this way because you are looking into buying a car.
