  Great experience and customer service. I went for Oil change, they checked rear differential and recommended that it be change. I got a military discount on oil change and used a 20% coupon for differential.

  Zak and Jacob were very friendly, in and out in 15 minutes with all my fluids topped off, and made aware of an oil leak I didn't know I had. Hats off to the hard workers at grease monkey on dauphin street.

  3247 Dauphin St, Mobile I checked online for coupons and found this location had 25% off oil change for seniors over 55. The oil change was $126 and should have been $31.49 off but it was only $25 off. I get that I’m overly concerned about $6.50. The staff called the boss and he made up some excuses that mathematics won’t support. Do what you say - that’s all I’m asking. The staff members were very polite.

  Today I was in major need of an oil change, the men working were verry kind and professional, ensuring that i understood all issues that were needed to be corrected and confirmed that I did indeed want those corrections to be made prior to just adding to my bill and that was greatly appreciated. The compleeted service did run more than had budgeted for but at the end of the day the were services needed and no other lube place even informed me of my issues thus grease monkey potentialy extended the life of my vehicle and I greatly appreciate that... I was also in and out in under half an hour even with extra services. I will return for my next oil change
