  I have been using Express Oil Change on Grelot Rd for years. I have always had a great experience. Josh was very polite and helpful with explaining future services that may be needed.

  I would like to thank Josh for calling me back to the shop he explained and showed me what was done to my car and why the oil was poured in my car and he asked me what can he do to help me he was willing to give me a new belt and change the oil but I didn't need to any of there work done over he showed me and my son all before I left he gave me his number told to call him if I had any problems my car have a lots of problems.so I will be back to Express for more service soon.

  My vehicle broke down close to Express Oil on Hillcrest and Grelot. Josh came to the rescue for me and the community as I was blocking traffic. He quickly diagnosed the issue and provided a quick solution. What was a disaster turned into a quick response with Josh taking initiative which is why I’ll be going back as a repeat customer.

  This was my DAUGHTER’S car and the technicians told us the coolant was at a safe level. Two days later it was completely empty with no leaks anywhere. That check was never done.The receipt also showed multiple oil leaks that nobody bothered to mention while we were standing right there. They took our money, said nothing, and sent us on our way with a car that had serious issues.This isn’t just bad service this is dangerous. A young woman could have been stranded or worse because of incomplete and uncommunicated work. I have had several cars at this location before and never an issue until now at the Grelot Location.

  I had a great experience at Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers. The team was very professional, friendly, and efficient from start to finish. They got me in and out quickly without making me feel rushed, and they clearly explained everything that was done to my vehicle. I really appreciated their honesty and attention to detail. Overall, the service was smooth, convenient, and trustworthy. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to others.
