  They won't use all credit cards. They said they will use only big company cards. They pissed me off in the last minute. Funny thing is this is my 4th time renting from this. They never showed this kind off rule. They rent me all the time with the same card. But this time they are not allowed this card. Do you know why they said no this time. Because I booked luxury car. Everyone can imagine what is happening there. Don't this is only enterprise this includes national and Alamo too. Check before you rent a car here. Check that you had big company credit card with good looks. Disgusting.

  I can’t say enough good things about the team at National Car Renta ant the Mobile, AL Regional Airport. Every time I show up, they treat me like family and make the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Dillon was awesome getting me checked out — friendly, fast, and professional. Out on the lot, Connor, Mr. Harim, and Cameron always go above and beyond to make sure I’m taken care of and on the road in no time. Javia always does a fantastic job, and Lateshia consistently looks out for me and makes sure everything goes perfectly. This is just an outstanding team all around. They truly care about their customers, and I appreciate every one of them for always providing top-notch service.

  Very unprofessional women working at the airport location. Carolyn double charged me a deposit while trying to sass talk me about why I now have to pay a deposit (never paid a deposit before as my company has a contract and I am elite member) and they refused to fix it when i returned the vehicle. I have to get a lawyer now to fight it because even the managers are not helping. The manger allowed the same ladies to interrupt while we were talking and one acted as if she was going to get a boss name Nick as if he was going fight. This location has never been like this but these three ladies are all new(I never seen them in the 4 years I been renting there). I called customer service and they gave me a free rental for my troubles and tried to call the location but no success either. I was told they can’t help me with the double billing of the deposit because each branch is different but I did get a free rental. They took $800 for a deposit on two different cards (said I can’t used debit card but took it and charged me anyway)instead of $400 and only gave me back $400. My bank says they can’t do anything until it post but it’s now the third day and one is still in pending. They are keeping it in pending status on purpose and not responding to any messages. Beware when you use your cards here. Make sure they only charge what they should before you leave because if you don’t then you will be short money from your vacation funds and have to get a lawyer to get it back like I have to do now.
