I got there and nobody was in the front lobby, so I walked to the bay to find someone to see if they had availability and she told me to meet her back in the office very rude condescending tone. I came back over. Let her know that we simply needed a tire put on a rim and mountain balanced, and was denied service and told that she wasn’t gonna do it today.

I talked with Mr Ray the store manager who was very reassuring. When I went in this morning, Leanne was very nice and courteous. Mr. Rat went out of his way to work with me. I don’t know what I would have done without him. I highly recommend this location. I had one bad experience at this location years ago. This was the best experience I have ever had at any Mavis and in all of my years of working with them. Please go by and see Ray and his staff! They will take great care of you! I’ll be back soon. Thank you all so much!
