The employee who answered the phone was helpful at first when it came to the wheel alignment but seemed to refuse to tell me if they had the specific tires I was looking for that I saw on your website. He just kept saying that they have plenty of tires that fit my vehicle and since I wasn’t sure that I could make it in today because I’m at work and was just trying to get some information first he pretty much just rushed me off the phone and hung up in my face. I’ve had some work done to my car here years ago and they did a fine job but I don’t think I will be doing business here anymore. I’m usually not one to complain but that was unnecessarily rude and I just bought a set of tires 4 days ago and I already got a nail in one of them so I was already kind of bombed about that so the rude customer service didn’t help at all.
