Everyone was very courteous and they even let me know about an upcoming problem with the brakes. The waiting room was very comfortable and the bathroom was clean and I really appreciate those kind of things while doing business around town. I will be using them again for my car repairs and I highly recommend them to everyone!

However, this past vist was exceptional and needs to be recognized. We had an unexpected death in the family and had to be at the funeral home at 530pm, when our tire started leaking air at 430pm! I immediately went to see Ronni hoping she could work us in so that we could still make it. I explained my situation, and within 30 minutes, we were on our way! This is beyond customer service, it is compassion! I will never forget this, and have already spoken with Ronni about making my $1200 truck tire purchase with her! My entire family are very "loyal" consumers, and she has earned our commitment to this Mavis location for all 5 of our vehicles tire / maintenance needs! Thank you Ronni!
