- AAAlexNov 9, 20251.0Do not go to this if you're a woman trying to get honest work on their car. I went up there 4 different times, them saying I had a bad tpms spped sensor. I spent a total of over $1,500 for them to make the problem worse. After my fourth visit there, they wanted me to book another appointment, pay $600, and a promise that it's be fixed this time. I'm already out $1,500, no way would I go back to them. Took it to a different place, and the guy took the part out where he explained toe macis BENT A METAL PIECE ON MY TIRE ON PURPOSE so that id have to keep coming in and spend money. These people are not honest. The lady manager lies thru her teeth, but will say you get a discount only if you leave them a five star review then and there, and you show her your phone to prove it. Well, I got the discount, and here I am updating my review with an HONEST review. Steer clear of Mavis and this specific one! I'll be calling the better business bureau. My new mechanic says he has proof, and can show where a guy at Mavis purposely bent this piece.
