They repaired what it was there for but did not call us to say it was more than anticipated and give us updated cost. We would have gladly still had it repaired. They knew they didn’t handle it right and tried to give us $300 discount but that was the cost for the front that they quoted but didn’t do… they should communicate better period. We never got the text on status of vehicle either nor would anyone call unless we called. Too bad they missed out on extra business now and lost a family of 5 future business!
