I almost bought a car here, but the fine print of their pricing gave sticker shock and did not feel honest.
They had a CPO on their website at one price, but when we looked at the actual price of the car it did not match their internet price.
Their “Everone’s Pricing” on their website has fine print stating their online price is the price after 20% has already been paid rather than the actual price of the car.
So just expect their vehicles to be 20% more expensive than listed. To be fair, I did have a knowledgeable and well-mannered salesman so I don’t blame the salesman but whoever is in charge of their online pricing to come off as conniving.

Unprofessional service representatives, had my vehicle towed to dealership my first experience, sonata hybrid electrical system shut. Service manager parked my car in back lot, not giving info of when or what may be the problem. Spoke with service manager days later to see if he could tell me something, and he said that he hadn't got to it yet. Asked if I needed to have my car towed somewhere else, and he told me he had cars in the back lot for weeks. I spoke with HR personnel and he called me back and told me that he had a device coming in from ATL, Ga. which will take care of the problem. Days later the car was ready. Now I have a battery which I purchased less than a year ago (4/18/25) which is dead. I was told that I need to bring my car in and have the service dept schedule a time to order a battery and install it. (?)
I changed my battery (regular 12 volt) out the past two times and now I have to schedule an appointment for Palmer's service dept to order part and install when they get it. My personal opinion, they need better training in customer service with employees, and a more diversity in staff.

Bobby Dee's was awesome and Jeremy was attentive to what I was looking for. Just waiting for servicing and detailing to be completed so I can pick up my car. Hopefully before it gets dark as I have trouble seeing at night.
