  I have friends who work here Manager treated me like crap, which i recognized, looked for some one busy,which was Assistant Manager, go figure, he fixed me up and got me on my way. The one star is for their up charges. And they got them. I would suggest getting a complete quote first, before they hold your car hostage Thankfully I found someone honest and respectable. When the found put o was a public servant, thinks changed.I would go back but they scare me. And that's the whole point in service, got to be trustworthy and honest They think very highly of themselves, just like the dealers. I ended up at Firestone, next time not as ridiculous as these folks

  I took my car here last week for them to replace the bulbs in my headlights. I provided the bulbs. I left my car at the shop. They called me and told me the lights did not fit and they charged me $122.00 for doing absolutely nothing. They told me they still had to take everything apart and it's still a charge to do that. They charged me $122.00 for NO WORK performed. I do not recommend this place and will never be back.

  I had a slow leak in one of my tires. I called ahead to verify they could repair a tire. When I got there, the young man who guided me into the bay was very professional and sincere. I asked about the tire and requested an oil change. Maybe 20 minutes passed and the young man approached me with a sheet of paper explaining that I need a new tire that I have a piece of metal near enough to the sidewall that a patch would not hold. Being an engineer myself and having worked in a tire shop in my youth, I understand why damaged sidewalls can't be repaired, so I asked to see the tire to inspect it for myself. The young man took me to my vehicle and had a difficult time finding the damaged area. I asked him if the tire had been removed from my car and he looked over his shoulder at one of the older gentlemen across the bay, and reluctantly told me that it hadn't been removed. After thoroughly inspecting the tire, he found the leak. A small nail had pierced the tire near the center of the treadmill, nowhere near the sidewall. When I told the young man that the leak was extremely slow and I was adding about 10psi a week, he began telling me that the "piece of metal" had went through the tread sideways at an angle and the cap was damaged and the tire needed to be replaced. I responded that it sounded like they were simply trying to sell me a tire. I took my car to another shop and they promptly removed the Brad Nail and patched the tire and it's been holding pressure since with no issues. They did a great job changing my oil but I would use caution for "needed repairs".
