  Staff were very helpful and friendly. When I arrived the vehicle I was going to rent was not sufficient for what I needed it for and the staff helped me get a vehicle that would work. It was a better alternative all the way around for me and worked out perfectly! No upcharge for the change in vehicle.

  I want to take a moment to say how much I appreciate the branch manager, Kendyl, for going above and beyond to make our rental as easy as possible. She worked with us to find the right truck, and the right rental agreement that saved us money, but gave us exactly what we needed. I highly recommend this location.

  The staff and management at this location are the best. Very friendly and courteous. They had exactly the truck I needed with a gooseneck hitch.
