    Make sure to cover yourself when returning vehicles. I was told by the manger to drop off on a Saturday and he would come in and check the vehicle back in. Weeks later I get a letter stating that the vehicle was damaged and they now want money for the repairs. When I spoke with the manager I found that he did not come check the vehicle and it had sat in a busy parking lot all weekend before being picked up by an employee from another location. Since I didn't take pictures of the vehicle when I parked it at the front door of the business, in front of their cameras, they say I damaged the vehicle. Will never go back to this business regardless of the location.

    Terrible experience and still not resolved, insurance company said pick the car up Friday afternoon and it was not ready, they told me to be there at 10 AM Saturday morning and they gave me a car that had been just then returned. They took the car and rinsed it off and said it was ready to go. For starters the car jerks, it is filthy, and was told to bring it to another store and had another car waiting. Got there and was told they have nothing to come back in 3 hours. Headed there now but look at the photos as to what we got the first time. Your guess will be better than mine as to what these stains are
