To be completely honest , I had truly given up on this location because the customer service had gone completely down.
We experienced a car accident and the rep made a reservation for this location and I was super not happy but decided to give it another try. And I am glad I did,
There was a new group of staff members. John who check me in and the rep who checked me out was Amazing and restored my faith in this location. Their customer service was superb. I appreciate the value they added to the service. They both listen and treated their customers with respect.
Check in was super fast and checking out was super fast. I appreciate the service that they provided . I appreciate the consideration John had when I was checking in. My vehicle size was not in but he offered other vehicles.
One of the other employees notice that the vehicle i did reserve just pulled up and informed John and John in turn told me. I told John I really had to go because I had to drop my daughter off to school.
I was disappointed that the other employees made the suggestion after the offer and did not consider that would make me wait longer.
I am grateful that John was thoughtful enough to say ok yes we can proceed so that you can leave . That's what matter to me. He did make me wait longer than I had to. I appreciate that.
Because this visit probably would have been a bad visit but it was very pleasant.
Glad to have John provide the service he did.
He has a great personality as well and so does the other rep who check me out. He was very pleasant and respectful.

Renting a vehicle from start to finish was a great experience. Most of the process was done online. I chose the vehicle I wanted along with options, coverage and payment options from home. All I had to do was pickup my vehicle and drop it off when I was done. It doesn't get much easier than that. I will be sure and recommend Enterprise car rentals to all my friends and family.

Make sure to cover yourself when returning vehicles. I was told by the manger to drop off on a Saturday and he would come in and check the vehicle back in. Weeks later I get a letter stating that the vehicle was damaged and they now want money for the repairs. When I spoke with the manager I found that he did not come check the vehicle and it had sat in a busy parking lot all weekend before being picked up by an employee from another location. Since I didn't take pictures of the vehicle when I parked it at the front door of the business, in front of their cameras, they say I damaged the vehicle. Will never go back to this business regardless of the location.
