- TLTayla LeeNov 16, 20255.0I had to rent a car while mine was in the shop. I booked a rental online with another company only to show up and very rudely be told they were out of cars. So, I ultimately booked with Enterprise at the Airport. I did a majority of the process online before checking in at the counter, which made the pick up process very quick and easy. The associate at pick-up and Drop-off were both very kind and professional. It does state you can modify/extend the rental in the app, but unfortunately I wasn’t able to. I called customer service and the first person who helped me was rude and not helpful at all. I called back later on and was helped within 5 mins. After that I could modify the rental drop off time in the app. Drop off was smooth and easy. The car was a 2025 Corolla that was very clean and drove nice. The overall experience was great and easy!
