The only under par person was the young man that answered the phone, I believe his was John Michael. He was not helpful. Every time I called for information, he refused to speak up and talk into the phone. Besides him—- loved the rest of the employees.

The place is very clean, the staff is very welcoming and respectful. This business is well maintained and managed! You can tell that the Enterprise organization invest in their local office because of the outside/inside appearance If I had to choose between Enetrprise and Hertz, I would go with Enterprise one hundred percent! Hertz appears to just want your money, and are way more expensive! Thanks again Enterprise for a great experience. I highly recommend this car rental for your rental needs.
