  I was treated so poorly going to this place, I'm guessing because I'm a female. I took my truck to another shop that referred me to this one, Because they didn't do this kind of work. I go in and ask for service on my 21 gmc denali the harmonic drive shaft balancer busted off in an accident I had. The guy told me to cut it off drive and see if anything happens. That's all they were gonna do at this shop is cut the ring off. The previous shop said that this part is very important could cause transmission problems as well as the rear end to have issues if it wasn't fixed. I tried explaining this to the guy at clutch & powertrain he dismissed anything I had to say. I continued to ask questions trying to get this situation figured out after about 3 minutes I'd had enough of being treated like this. Awful customer service just because I'm a female doesn't mean I'm stupid. I weld for a living. And have worked on previous cars so I have knowledge about cars/trucks and don't appreciate at all how i was treated. I took my truck to a dealership, where I was treated with dignity and respect as well as a warranty. Which is another thing about this shop I asked about a warranty on any work they do and the guy said he didn't know what kinda warranty they would give if any. How can you do work and not offer a warranty. Absolutely all around a horrible experience at this shop i do not recommend at all. Take your business to someone who actually cares about your situation.

  Clutch and Powertrain saved my trip to Cruising the Coast. I have a 1963 impala and my driveshaft broke in half. Lee answered the phone when I was searching for someone to repair it. He went above and beyond to locate the parts I needed, promptly called me back, and expedited the repair. He knocked it out in a couple hours and before you know it, I was back on the road. Also, shout out to Richard the technician who did the work. Thank you!
