  Took a battery that was bought from autozone with a 3 year unlimited warranty to the store in Semmes. It tested bad. They looked up warranty info in their computer and for some reason it said info was incomplete. It said to call help desk. They did. The only help they gave was that they had no idea y this was a problem. Only solution they could come up with was to take it back to the store where it was purchased. Luckily that was only 25 min away. My point is if I'm buying a product that is a national warranty and all stores are corporate stores. WHAT DIFFERENCE DOES IT MAKE? That's y I no longer do business with them at all. The only upside, the reason I gave them 2 stars is the guy behind the counter did actually try. He just had to do as he was told even though it made no sense at all.
