Their customer service from the managers and technicians is the worse ever. Ive been going back n forth trying to get my car situated and everytime i go back. Its always new managers and new technicians. Its been a year to this day and what I'm celebrating is a sad sad deal. I got ptsd behind this. I cant sleep, my nerves are shot. A year later, they still haven't compensated me for the damages that their technicians done to my car or repaired my vehicle. I went in for a simple transmission fluid change this day last year(10/29/24) and abt 44 days later my transmission went out. They put the "wrong fluid" in my car 2017 Land Rover Discovery Sport and it ain't worked since. Im still paying the car note. I had take these people to small claims court just to get some type of compensation for my loses. The judge ruled in my favor July 7, 2025..$6000. And these people still refuse to fix my car or pay for damages after "a judge" ruled in my favor. If you don't want to be with a car like me. Avoid this place. "They don't care about you or your car". They are robbers. They are bullies, and most importantly "unprofessional". If i can give them a zero for rating, I would. 1 star is giving these people too much credit. Like I said, American Lube Fast #8109 is the worse place to take your car for service. Avoid these people. Get back in your car and drive away. It will save you time and money and plenty of sleepless nights. The real rating..a "-1000"!!!
