    Returned floor mats, never even undone matts from holder, they were still attached to each other. Andrew tells me he can’t accept because they have been used. I told him they were still in the holder and have not been used. He said there was sand on them. I checked and it was a very small amount in a grove, I told him we had gone to Dauphin Island, and he said I am wondering how I am going to get the sand off. Extremely small amount, they were leather. He then tells me when he looked at my receipt that I would have to take back to the store I bought them because they have a problem entering from that store. I told him I was not going all the way back to Theodore to return that. He then calls a lady over and makes the statement he doesn’t know how he is going to get the sand out. I told her that was not what he just said, he said he could not return them because they came from another store. She looks at them and tells him to return the mats. There was not even enough sand on them to even make a difference and he was extremely rude. He never even bothered to check they were attached to each other. He was rude and even now I can’t get over how he treated me. I will never, ever set foot in that store again. He was young and was rude. I am 65 years old and had I even noticed there was sand on them would have wiped them off, but it was so minor it should not have been a reason to even mention. I offered to wipe it off but when I looked at it, it wasn’t even worth making the effort, just hanging the matts back up would have let any grain fall off. What a rude, rude young man. He was not only rude but lied when the girl asked him when he told her he was wondering how to get the sand off (rubber mats) when he told me I had to take to the store I bought them from. I did not deserve to be treated like that. I would give a half a star if I could.

    The customer service lady went above and beyond! Made certain we had the right part, which didn’t come with a necessary nut so she tried it out until sure we had the right part. Thankful for such great service!!

    I came there to exchange some brake pads that I bought from them that were wrong, and apparently "we're in the wrong Box altogether!" Well the guy obviously saw and I got the cheaper brand and Tried to (up sell )me a pair, that was $20 more, instead of asking me, did I want the pair that was a few dollars more. I'm assuming hes trying to up sell, to get his numbers , not worried about customer service. Then I asked him let me go ahead and get another set, so I can have all my brake pads changed out, front and back. Instead of Using the refund/exchange price to minus off the total, he sends that money back to my bank which will be there in 3 to 5 days, and then makes me pay full price for both pads when he could have just used the refund to minus the sub total. The guy's name was Michael D.
