- JMJimmy MingApr 3, 20265.0Met Store Manager Mrs Jackson, told her what I needed, while looking up the part I needed she also assisted 2 other customers. No wasted moves everything she did had a purpose, and that was customer services, something forgotten across the nationwide. BUT not only that the team around Mrs Jackson had the same mindset. Multitasking to take care of the customers. This is the employee that companies look to steal. Mrs Jackson needs to be part of a company wide training team teaching these values to others, not stuck in just 1 location.
