First few places I went were closed or couldn't do it. These guys got it in, found the parts and got it done within an hour of me getting there.

At first, the service was good, but I was quoted around $70 even though I asked for the cheapest option. One of the workers lowered it to $35, which I appreciated. Later, a manager (I don’t know his name) asked what price I thought was fair, and I said $20, but I still ended up paying $35, so it didn’t really feel like I got any additional discount. The main issue was that same manager’s behavior. He asked odd, personal questions—like what kind of physical activities my friend does just because she was wearing a military shirt—and then started giving unsolicited opinions about the military, making it seem like it wouldn’t be a good choice for her even though he doesn’t know us. He also made comments that came across as misogynistic and overall made us uncomfortable. He said to let him know if anyone made us uncomfortable, but he was the only one who did. The rest of the staff were respectful, but because of that interaction, I won’t be returning.
