The staff at Jiffy Lube removed it for me and let me know that the last place that changed my oil reattached it incorrectly, so it has been dragging on the road for months. I ordered a new skid plate and came back in when it arrived. I went back to Jiffy Lube and they reattached it for me at no charge. Jonathan was so kind and answered all of my questions - we chatted about life and cars and what I need to do to keep my car running long-term. Easily the best experience I’ve ever had at an auto repair shop. Everyone in Elmore County should count on the staff at the Millbrook Jiffy Lube for all their car-repair needs! Highly highly recommend.
