Got there, 1 hr later got quote, and 3hrs later vehicle never made to lift for repair. The big deal is I was led to believe it would be done quickly and I was sitting in the office waiting area for four hours(my stupidity)for them to come back and tell me nothing had been done. I could’ve taken the vehicle home and waited for them to call me to bring it in and gotten a lot done that I needed to get done but instead, I wasted FOUR hours of my day for nothing. He also said my back brake pads were pretty low and would soon need to be changed. Not true, I have at least another 15k miles left on them. The guy was apologetic about the situation, but that is a pretty big deal when you cost someone that time. I went down the road to Midas and they got me in and out. Mavis just lost 7 vehicles for service and tires in my family alone.

Management was up there, shoutout to Justice for helping me out and being patient with me. 10/10 for everything across the board.

The whole door panel has to be removed and now the drivers side door won't unlock. So I have to climb in through the passenger side. And my car started pulling to the right before I got home and has gotten worse. New tires already have worn spots rubbing. Waste of money!
