  I’m a member and everyone’s always nice, but Alexa went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and even gave my daughter a lollipop. She was super nice, held great conversation. She’s a really respectful young lady and seems to be very responsible. Super proud of her for all of the things she’s doing !

  I had an awesome experience at Tommy’s Express Car Wash. From the moment I pulled in, everything was smooth, fast, and super efficient. The whole process is clearly well-designed—no confusion, no waiting around, just straight through and done in minutes. What really stood out was the quality of the wash. My car came out looking brand new—spotless paint, clean wheels, and not a single streak on the windows. You can tell they use high-end equipment and take pride in the results. The facility itself is also really clean and modern, which makes a big difference. Plus, the membership option is a great deal if you plan on going regularly—it’s honestly one of the best values I’ve seen for keeping your car consistently clean. Overall, this is easily one of the best car wash experiences I’ve had. Fast, affordable, and actually delivers a high-quality clean every time. I’ll definitely be coming back.

  Got the Super wash. Got the car clean for the most part. Some spots were missed but all the car washes seem to miss the same spot. The entire car wash stopped for some reason just before my car entered the blow dry section. Tommy's doesn't have drying towels like some other car washes do. They do have the air hose and vacuum. However they didn't reach the back of my extra long Expedition.

  I had a very unpleasant experience with one of your service workers. I followed the exact instructions provided to me by another employee in order to enroll in a membership, yet she repeatedly insisted that I was doing something wrong, stating, “we don’t do that here.” I explained multiple times that I was simply following the directions I had been given, but she continued to challenge me in a way that felt unnecessary and disrespectful. What made the situation worse was the tone and approach she used, especially while I had my child in the car. I felt harassed. Additionally, having her wait at the end of the car wash as if monitoring me was extremely uncomfortable and honestly insulting. I can assure you I had no intention of doing anything improper. Because of this experience, I do not feel comfortable returning to this establishment. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that future customers are treated with more professionalism and respect.

  Best Carwash in all of Madison County hands down! Tommy’s doesn’t miss. I was a member of Take 5, Super Duck, and Shine Time, and every complaint or problem any of them had Tommy’s has the answer to! The wash hits every part of your vehicle from start to finish. The Vacuum are always up and running strong. They have a mat washer for every kind of mat, along with towels and cleaning supplies available. I became a member immediately after the first go! The customer service is awesome as well. Today they gave members a free biscuit from Maple street Biscuit Co. Shout out to Kharmyn, and Holly with the awesome customer service!!!! They made sure I had a great wash. Will recommend Tommy’s over any wash in the country ALL DAY EVERY DAY!!!!
