Should have read previous reviews. This is a crooked business.
Took our Ekko (Ford Transit) in for a simple oil change and front windshield wipers and got hit with a $650 bill when picking it up.
$219 for “parts” and $370 for labor. As you can see, if that wasn’t enough, they tacked on shop supplies and parts fees too.
Just beware, this was literally for an oil change. I’d highly recommend taking your RV somewhere else. Bankston, right down the road is a much better alternative.
Note to the business: you may have gotten one over on us today, but you lost a potential lifetime customer worth much more than a few hundred bucks. Things like this will run you out of business.

Tennessee Valley RV repair is fantastic. One of my MC 4 solar connectors snapped in half from a falling branch. My 400 ah lithium battery bank was so low the BMS shut them down because the solar system stopped charging them.
The girl (Currie) who answered the phone was extremely polite and helpful when I spoke with her yesterday and today. She sent me a text so I could send pictures of the broken part. I spoke to the RV repair technician over the phone this morning and he said that they don't stock MC4 connectors and they would have to order them. I told him I would look around to see if I could get them today. He indicated that if I did to call him back and they would fit me in.
After some searching, I found a RV dealership that actually carried them. I bought what I needed and called Tennessee Valley back. I spoke with Currie again and she told me to come on over and where to drop the trailer.
While waiting I told her I was going to grab a bite to eat and she recommended a great little fish and BBQ place that was amazing!!! I told her I was mad at her because I ate too much... LoL
By the time I got back from lunch they were all done removing the broken components and installing the new MC4 connectors.
The service was excellent, the workmanship was excellent and the customer service was even better (Currie). Thank you all so much for a great experience!

Kept my tow behind from June until November. They had previously repaired the slides. Well they worked once and stopped working. Needless to say I was charged again for slide repair. The other work they completed seems to be okay. Not sure if I will use them again or not. But until this experience I had always been pleased with their service.
