  I am very satisfied with the superb quality and speed of my infotainment system install. Miguel was very pleasant to work with and explained all my options very clearly without any sales pressure at all. The installation was totally professional with everything matching perfectly and no issues at all. Got a new head unit and speakers installed as well as a backup camera. I am very pleased with the new system.

  5 stars, they gave a better quote than I had received and they were prompt about communicating and they got the job done and I am satisfied with it, helpful in showing me how to use the new system as well, I had a carplay radio installed. I would give sound depot my business again in the future, this review sounds very chat gpt but it’s true and I recommend them!

  The team at Sound Depot was absolutely fantastic! I had them install a new radio and two 10" subs in my truck and the whole experience was top-notch. They took the time to walk me through all my options, answered every single question I had. Super professional, friendly, and knowledgeable crew.

  I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. They were all descent people, at first. My car worked fine until I went there. I was well aware that my right signal light was out .They put my CD player in, now neither of my signal lights, speedometer, and mileage meter work. When I cut the music up above 30 my speedometer moves with the beat. I also cannot put my car in park when the music is up. It will only stop at neutral. When I cut the music down it'll finally go into Park. Now they all have attitudes like I'm in the wrong. Made an appointment to have them check it out. They all wanted to just talk and say they didn't hook up anything wrong. They still have not went back in my car to double check THEIR WORK. They don't even deserve 1 star. DO NOT GO HERE!

  Replaced factory stereo and speakers and added a small amp. Job was done on time for the quoted amount. James was helpful.
