  Awful Completely unreliable Almost never have the rental for reservation even though we have a once a month standing reservation They Call the morning of the rental “oh we thought we had a truck but this happened or that happened “ YOU CANNOT DEPEND ON ENTERPRISE TRUCK in HUNTSVILLE!!! Multiple times left us scrambling without even an apology or compensation or anything Terrible

  Who ever is reviewing and saying excellent staff is always is lying. We made the reservation, they took our license information. No mention of a physical credit card, not the one on Google pay, required when still have a out-of-state license. Debit not accepted. We didn't find out until we drove the hour out. Next day when I go to bring the card we have, kind of find out oh even though The wife's name is on the reservation along with mine and I am also an authorized user on the card, it doesn't matter because she's not there to use it and it doesn't match the last name. Dude she got married after she got the card. You recognized me when I walked in from last night when she was with me..if I now have a card with her name on it..it should be taken care of. Shows me not wanting ongoing customer relationship either. Fine by me. Would not even give her a call to the number on file to authorize. This is now 4 hours wasted not to mention the two calls over the phone last night to verify that everything was in order. Will change this after she calls in to see what can be done over the phone. Terrible service. Clean bathroom. One star barely deserved. Enterprise does not pick you up..unless at a standard location..under 10 mile
