I pulled in for a simple headlight bulb replacement on my Honda, expecting to get in and out quickly. Unfortunately, they didn’t have the bulb in stock, but the technician was proactive and checked with their sister location nearby. After confirming they had the bulb, I was given the option to either drive there myself or wait at the shop. Since it was a chilly afternoon, I opted to stay put. To my pleasant surprise, one of the technicians offered to drive to the other location to pick up the part for me. When they returned, they quickly replaced my burnt-out headlight. I was anticipating a hefty bill, but I was charged only $30 for parts and labor! The entire team was incredibly cordial and helpful throughout the process. Their willingness to ensure I was comfortable and their efficiency really stood out to me. If you need quick and reliable service, I highly recommend giving them a try. Levi was especially helpful, but the whole crew deserves recognition for their great service!
