  My battery died and we couldn’t even get the truck open since the battery is in the trunk. Everyone there stepped up and helped figure out a way to get it open so we could jump it. Afterward I drove it around for a bit and all the lights on the dash went off — even the check engine light, which surprised me. Really appreciate everyone jumping in to help. Thanks again!

  A new store opened in Madison, AL, and I thought I'd give it a try. Jordyn greeted me and was pleasant to deal with and Joshua, the top side person, was very professional and nice and the bottom guy Brandon was also very nice. They definitely have a new customer!

  Typically one of my favorite locations. Knowledgeable and friendly staff, great service when it's not busy. I'm not sure if there's some quota or metric to be met on time but my most recent visit was a disappointment because they were trying to rush and did not perform the basic checks that came with my service even though it was checked off on the paper they gave me.

  My husband sent me to get an oil change here and I probably will never choose to go anywhere else. Not only did I receive a quick and thorough oil change, the kindness I received from each technician truly made my day. Hayden initiated my service and was so kind and detail oriented with explaining to me the different options they offered. He was also kind enough to ask if I wanted my cabin filter checked, and walked me through the process of checking it myself, if my husband decided to get it changed on his own. He also explained to me what was going on with my air filter and other useful information to make my car run better overall. Brandon took care of my oil change and ensured everything went smoothly and was good to go. He was so kind in showing me the full oil stick once we had gone through the all the necessary checks. Jordyn, who was the assistant manager, ensured that everything went smoothly and that I didn’t need anything additional before I left. I let him and his service team know that I have never experienced such kindness while getting my oil changed and really appreciated them being so nice and thorough while servicing my car. There are hundreds of places to get an oil change, but kindness is hard to come by and I won’t forget the impression all 3 gentlemen made on me! I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Me and/or my husband will definitely be back, and I hope to have the same service team, Hayden, Brandon, and Jordyn, during my future visits!

  Said 50% off coupon had already been used, which it had not. I just downloaded it that morning and it was not expired. Local shop had no way to give me half off. Wasted 30 minutes. Won’t be back. Went to Jiffy Lube. No problems with their coupon.
