It was refreshing to speak to someone like Kay and her personality was everything you want in an employee!

There was a young African-American man there with K as well. I went there on a Tuesday morning at about 8:45 AM. They took care of my needs. I had a little accident in the tunnel due to another driver‘s error. Well, they didn’t scold me, but in fact, they rewarded me! Gave me an additional Car Wash to compensate for the mistake on the part of the other driver. I will definitely be going back!

Even though she seemed a little nervous with her manager nearby, she handled everything perfectly and was super sweet the whole time. Once we got to the vacuum area, the woman who helped us—Holly, I believe—was amazing too. She walked us through finishing the app in no time and made the process so easy. Great customer service all around!
