  I advised against it. I had always used a Hand wash car wash, but I slipped up and let Tommy’s do it. My vehicle now has swirls on it and it’s a black truck and I’m not happy and of course, it’s a car wash they aren’t liable for anything so it is what it is. I made the mistake. But if you really care about your vehicle, continue to use a hand car wash location Tommy’s as I do not recommend.

  After my trip to Tommy’s today I cannot be more than over pleased with how their wash leaves my car looking like I just drove it off the car lot. I am a “The Works” car wash member for a consistent month now and would never go back to the days before becoming a member here! The tire wax shine in this wash is absolutely amazing! I mean look at the photos provided for yourself. Today I had the pleasure of team member Dallas approaching after my wash to ask how my experience was today and let me know about Tommy’s amazing referral program! If you refer a friend you receive $15 off your wash or $15 off towards your membership cost! Who wouldn’t want to save and help a friend have their car looking just as fresh! I highly recommend Tommy’s for all you car wash and detail needs. They also offer onsite self-vacuum services, a car mat wash area, dry rags and their own Tommy’s car wash spray agent, along with just $5 detail kits to keep handy in your car! That’s less than a kids happy meal, so you know that price makes me happy to keep an emergency clean kit in my car. So why not stop in and get a wash and pick up your own happy adult detail kit today! Along with it being the holiday season they also have amazing deals on car wash gift cards this holiday season! More specifically a buy 2 get 1 free deal! To me that is the perfect gift for those you are not sure what to get them and who knows maybe you can keep that freebie for yourself for spreading the Car Washing cheer!

  I'm not even sure of the guy's name but he was VERY RUDE . I've never driven a box truck and wasn't aware that they couldn't go through a regular car wash . I was just trying to find a spot to wash my boss's truck . I'm not even petty like that. But that guy could have been a lot more understanding considering he's like 3 times my age . He looks at me and says in a very undermining tone " Your not bringing that truck in here . There's no way , this is a regular car wash ." Not even what the guy said it's the way he said it . That's okay now I know I have to find a special car wash .....way to make a guy feel dumb bud . Appreciate ya 👈

  Tommy’s car wash is by far the top tier car wash in the Madison and neighboring town of Huntsville. Moving from up north down south it was a hassle to find an elite car wash that does not have you spraying and scrubbing your car down after going through the automatic wash. Plus I love the concept Tommy’s offers with their conveyor l belt track system. Say goodbye to those unwanted damages to your car’s rims that other car wash systems have with the metal alignment tracks! Plus Tommy’s car wash offers an open window wash and not a tunnel! This helps to guarantee there is nothing within the wash they wish to hide from you like other car washes do to hide the damages they cause! Along with all these amazing features, Tommy’s uses their own derived wash cleansers. No more harsh chemicals that can cause paint peeling to your car! Along with a clean car with safe chemicals they offer a self-vacuum area that also provides an air-pressure hose to get the water out from all the cracks and crevices of your car, leaving you worry free from water streaks due to left over water running out after you have driven off. Another perk would have to be the self-cleaning car mat machine offered onsite! This car wash is by far the best and has tons of perks to keep your car looking brand-new and clean all year round! Let’s not forget the best part of it all, that being the customer service offered by Tommy’s team! After my wash today as a “The Works” membership holder, Andrea came outside in this cool 36 degree weather to ask me how my experience was today, and offered me a new car freshener which was absolutely amazing! I will continue to be a loyal member and consumer to the Tommy’s brand.
