  Our tech Daniel was really professional respectful really genuine guy, this was my first time having a windshield replaced and saflite very affordable fast and knowledgeable I will most definitely recommend them to anyone I come across needing windows replaced thank you Daniel for everything you did and being a genuine person

  Safelite has been consistent with their service, they are the best. I know because I did try another local shop with poor results. Will not make that mistake again. Safelite customer for good!

  Very professional as far as informing about times in advance and actually showing up on time. However make sure you tell them every chip if there is more than one if they are there to fix chips in windshield. Also keep an eye on them when they are done, left vehicle unlocked in parking lot without notice.

  I called for a quote, CSR asked my insurance company advised I was self paying. She gave me a quote of $400 plus removal fees & taxes. I told her I'd pass, that a local company Windshields and More was charging $325 everything included. The representative says well let me see what the cash price would be, I told her I thought that's what she gave me, NO she gave me GEICO cash price. The self pay cash price was $320 plus removal and taxes. I stopped the call then and told her that was BS that self paying cash through geico was more than just self paying cash, by $80. They are a rip off, you get pricing based off who your insurance is, cash is cash, but not with Safelite.

  We took our 2022 Toyota Rav 4 in to the Madison Alabama Safelite Saturday February 21, 2026. It was for a no cost to us Insurance Claim. It was for two small chips on the windshield that had tiny cracks starting. They were both less than 1/8 of an inch. When the technician brought the car back to us he was very nervous. He said he wasn't happy with the outcome of his work. One of the chips was now cracked about 1.5 inches and the other was cracked about 2.5 inches. He also tried to fix a surface chip and it was now cracked about 3.5 inches. He said he stopped after they started cracking. Why try it 3 times then? Next he said do you want to come inside and schedule a windshield replacement? We contacted our insurance about this and they said Safelite said they only tried to repair 2 places not 3. Now we have to pay to get a new windshield and it definitely will not be with Safelite. They took an easy fix and destroyed our windshield. I would not recommend the Madison Alabama Safelite. My wife called the Madison Safelite this morning and spoke to the manager. The manager was not helpful and was rude. They still denied trying to fix the third place and causing a large crack where there was just a chip! Also the technician left black goo on the inside of the windshield where he cracked the windshield. Sorry the photos are not clear but you can see the cracks. With the response that Safelite left you can tell that they do not care about customer service. There is no way that I would use any of their services again. You can tell that they did not even read my complaint. My main gripe is that the technician told me that he did the damage to the 3 places and that he stopped before he finished the repair because the cracks got bigger. SO WHY DID HE DO IT 3 TIMES! Like I said Safelite took and easy fix and destroyed my windshield.
