- JJJames Johnson4 days ago1.0I have my reasons for leaving this pitiful review. I am open to rationally discuss my complaint with someone from this exact location. But, in short, I had my windshield replaced and two months later it is leaking. No big deal. But what has made me exceptionally angry is the fact that Safelite has intentionally designed their customer service line to accomplish a few things: 1. You CANNOT directly contact the front desk of this exact location. 2. The main Safelite phone number is nothing but a hamster wheel, wasting the customer’s time, and making it impossible to get a warranty claim started. The system instead leads you through a series of endless number pushing, only to say “we cannot answer your call right now” and immediately end the call. 3. If you choose to go the route of setting up a new appointment, get ready for the system to only be concerned about how you will be paying. That, in short, is the entire problem. Safelite is only concerned about money. Enough said.
