  This is the 2nd windshield that Safelite has installed for me this year. EXCELLENT SERVICE both times. They came on time , technician was very nice and excellent results. The first was under insurance and the cost was only $50. The second was cash and beat two other companies price wise. VERY pleased. Thank you.

  This is the absolute worst business to work with whatsoever. Safelite AutoGlas makes it 100% absolutely IMPOSSIBLE to speak with a human being. Absolutely unequivocally impossible. You cannot do it. Not at all. If you call, and select option 2 to Schedule an appointment it tells you that "ALL APPOINTMENTS ARE EXCLUSIVELY MANAGED ON THE WEBSITE". The automation on the phone only gives you 5 options. Every single option ends up directing you to the website and then ends the call and hangs up on you. The website? Pure trash. I tried to set up my claim and it NEVER gave me an option to actually schedule the work. Instead, it goes on an endless loop validating your insurance. This loop has caused me to open multiple claims on my auto insurance and now I have to call them and cancel several. I STILL do not have an appointment. How can a business even function like this? Phone service: Worthless Trash Website: Worthless trash UPDATE: I called my insurance to close out the multiple claims and they (my insurance, not Safelite) were able to schedule me an appointment. No thanks to Safelite and their worthless customer service, phone service, and website. UPDATE 2: I rest my case. You can see by their reply to this review that they can ONLY be reached via their website. "For faster service..." their reply says. I got ZERO service from the website. It never gave me the option to ever actually schedule a service.

  I had my windshield replaced Nov 5, 2025. I took a trip a few days later. I turned on my wipers on during the trip and the passenger side wiper only wiped about 60 percent of what it should. Today I tried it and it is loose and will not wipe the passenger side at all! I tried calling as this needs to be fixed pronto. In two days I have to drive 2 hours to an airport....hope it doesn't rain! I can't get help at all....they just want to make an appt after my trip. Doing totally substandard work and providing no means to contact the local shop just won't do. Additionally, I ordered special wipers and a rainex treatment with the installation. Another tech took the wipers slated for my vehicle....poor inventory control. Had to skip that. Additionally an antennae portion for my remote starter was hanging out of the headliner when I got it back. That at least had a plausible explanation. I would hesitate using this shop or Safelite. I had a rear window replaced many years ago in MN and the tech broke an interior hook and super glued it together....it fell apart 2 months later...I see a bad pattern. Looks like I will have to fix what they should have fixed

  I scheduled an at home windshield replacement on Oct 10 and took off work for the 4 hour window. I waited 5 hours and the technician never showed. I called customer service and waited on hold another 0.5-1hours to learned that the technician was only supposed to come by my house and evaluate if they could do the job. There was no communication prior that there could be an issue replacing the windshield nor request for information. I was told by the local shop I would need to bring the vehicle in person and they would also likely need to replace a gasket which would cost extra. I rescheduled my appointment for 11/8. On 11/6, I receive an email that the parts are obsolete and my appointment is canceled. No mention of a refund or apology for their complete lack of customer service. I called again to figure out what is happening and receive a bunch of automated messages and AI assistance that is completely useless (another 30 minutes wasted because the customers time isn’t valuable). They claim they are refunding my money in 5 days but don’t waster your time with this clown show of an operation unless you enjoy running in circles.

  Installed Windshield in Paris Tn. Spent 5 hours in store to get a windshield that they could not calibrate. Safelite Madison called 3 Saturdays in a row the morning of the appointment 7 am appointment at 8 am to say windshield was received broken. Brought this morning at 930 3 pm still not ready. Tech left 40 minutes ago in car to calibrate still have not returned. Previous experience was they brought the wrong windshield twice in the mobile service. Since Saturday is my only full day home it's very frustrating. My insurance company forces me to use them. Update. After 1 hour of driving. Windshield still calibrated. After two weeks they supposed to come to my house today to try for the 6 th time.
