  Penske Trucks are a good product. However, find a different location to rent from -- the issue is this specific office. There are 2 positives: the Mgr (at another location) did help and they gave us blankets at no charge. The rest.. They confirmed the rental but didn't have what we actually rented, a panel van, on property. The woman running this location did call the Mgr to see about one from another area - to no avail, but he was very nice to check other locations. She gave us keys to look at the smallest truck they had. It was clean and we figured a way it would work. We completed the paperwork, she gave us the keys - we asked which truck (there was 3 of the same size) and her response was "You don't remember which one you just looked at?". We went back to that truck and the keys didn't work. The truck the keys actually went to wasn't cleaned out, so we had to wait for someone to do that. And then the window seals weren't tight so it was windy and horrible road noise. We returned it the same night but hadn't been told where the keys went. Took off work the next morning to return the keys and this same lady said, "You didn't see the yellow box to return them?" just laughing --- I just walked off. The woman running this office needs to be coached on switching her smart-A remarks to an actual business-centric customer service approach - it would help.
