The staff always answers the phone immediately, usually within the first two minutes, and greets me right when I arrive. They’re professional, fast, and friendly. Today they even patched a tire for me without an appointment. Just in time for a road trip.

My tire light came on and I had already gone to a few places trying to get help, but no one could get me in. Will was incredibly helpful and worked me in right away even though I didn’t have an appointment. He took the time to check my tire and get everything taken care of so I could get back on the road safely. I’m very grateful for the kindness and customer service he showed. Thankful and blessed to have been helped by someone who genuinely cared. Highly recommend this location!!

There are lots of places to take your car in Huntsville and Madison, but its hard to find a place that will tell you the truth and not sell u a scam. Mavis has earned my respect and trust, I inspect car for a living and knew what to except. These guys not only saved me money they told me exactly what was wrong and gave honest reasonable advice and prices. This will be one of the cheaper and best jobs u can get done for your car. Will at the front desk was very professional despite me seeing a customer giving him a hard time. Definitely will be coming back.
