Wow. First, I have never been here. Second, I will never go here. Spoke to a guy named "JD" about coming in for an estimate on a very minor repair. This guy is one of the most condescending and arrogant people I have ever spoken to over the phone in regards to a potential business transaction. He was rude and talked down to me the whole time and clearly is very full of himself. His brief over the phone assessment of what the repair would cost was way over the top compared to other estmates I received as well. If this guys attitude is any indication of what this company is about, they are definitely not for me. I felt undervalued as a customer and disrespected as a person after the first couple minutes of our conversation.
EDIT/UPDATE: (reply to Joe Hudsons reply) Hey Joe Hudson, what on EARTH are you talking about?? Total loss?? torn down?? air bags? sensors? headiner? seat components?? air bag deployment?? insurance companies?? You clearly have me confused with a completely different customer which tells me Im not the only one unhappy with the attitude and demeanor of your employees, which by the way, you completely failed to address in your reply. I called about some very minor damage to my front bumper, which I explained I would not be using my insurance for. It got caught on a metal step, got scratched and a couple clips got pulled out. Thats it. Thats what I called about an estimate for. See my original comment above about the way I was treated and ultimately made to feel. I called two other companies that day and got additional over the phone estimates which were BOTH in the ballpark of about $800 less than the high end of the estimate I got from Joe Hudson. I got the repair done for about $800, and that was after I opted for a completetly new bumper which wasnt even necessary. I even opted to pay more for a Honda bumper and could have saved over $100 if I went with an aftermarket bumper. I also could have just gotten a paint touch up and a screw added for much less. Your estimate was $1000-$1500! Instead of addressing the real issue which is your employee clearly doesnt know how to talk to people, you made it out like Im some sort of disgruntled potential customer who couldnt face the "reality of the costs involved" but Im not even the person youre referencing in your reply! Ha! LOOK INWARD. You people really are full of yourselves and you should really make sure youre talking to the right person before you try to reply online. My original comment stands and then some, to say the very, very least.
